Drug and Alcohol counselling: We offer individual and group drug and alcohol counselling with our highly experienced counsellor. Our counsellor can help you through reduction to abstinence, provide 12 step referrals and support and relapse prevention strategies. Our counsellor offers a judgement free, trauma informed model that accepts everyone, regardless where they are in their journey.

Psychology: we have an in house clinical psychologist with extensive experience in complex trauma, both recent and historical and addiction. Our doctors can provide internal referrals, or patients can access psychology with a valid mental health care plan from their GP.

Liaison and referral services: we work closely with many social, medical and justice support services and will help you with applications, provide letters of support and research and find necessary information for you to access longterm and emergency services. This includes Centrelink letters and applications, housing applications, parole support letters, character reference letters.

Work and development orders: we offer access to WDO’s to assist patients in our program with their state debt.

Peer support: we link our long term OTP patients with a support peer who can provide, judgement free understanding informal counselling.

Support with daily living: Help navigating the broader health system, support with application completion, job preparation, access and information around food and daily consumables, support with asylum or residency applications.

Referrals and Direct care transfer: We work closely with other organisations providing both OTP care and additions services. We provide liaison and referrals to access rehabs such as We Help Ourselves (WHOs), women’s health with Leichhardt Women’s Community Health Centre (LWCHC), social support services with Exodus, legal support with Marrickville Legal Centre and other organisations.
